  4. In the same kadhaiadd ghee let it heat properly add cumin seeds, bay leaves and all whole spices and saute for 1-2 second..
  5. Then add onions and stir it for 3-4minutes..
  6. Add all vegetables stir it, cover the kadhai cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame..
  7. Keep stirring in between..
  8. Add soaked rice and fry it for 2 minutes..
  9. Then add water, salt, paneer and dry fruits and mix well and cover the lid and cookk the rice on high flame till it starts boiling..
  10. Once the rice starts boiling and stir it..
  11. Cover the lid and cook it for 7-8minutes on medium flame..
  12. After 8 minutes and turn off the flame and leave it for 8-10 minutes..
  13. After 10 minutes open the lid, stir it and serve it..
